Last updated: 20 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by SwiftDataworks Nigeria Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About this site

This is an informational website about the SwiftPractice EMR. It is not the product itself. Use of the SwiftPractice software is governed by the separate written agreement between us and each hospital, not by these terms.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

  • Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false information, spam or another person's details without their permission through our forms.
  • Copy or reuse the content here for a competing commercial purpose without our permission.

Demo requests

Submitting the contact form is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Any engagement follows later, in writing.

Intellectual property

The SwiftPractice and SwiftDataworks names, logos, text and design on this site belong toSwiftDataworks Nigeria Ltd and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce its branding or content as your own.

Accuracy and product changes

We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but content is provided on an "as is" basis for general information. Product features, modules and details described here can change as the software develops, and specifics for your hospital are confirmed during a demo and in your agreement.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
