The encounter page is where most clinical work happens, and it’s built to stay out of the way: keyboard arrow keys move between a client’s previous and next encounters, vitals are charted automatically, and diagnostic coding is a search box away.
What’s included
Preliminary information, presenting complaint, history and physical examination follow a familiar SOAP structure. Vitals recorded at each visit build into a historical table and, for children, an automatic growth chart. Diagnostic coding uses the WHO’s ICD-11 classification, with fast type-ahead search so coding a visit takes seconds, not minutes.
Specialty clerking modules (obstetric, gynaecological, general surgery and others) can be added to a clerking as needed, so a single encounter can capture exactly the detail a specialty visit requires without extra paperwork.
